Undiagnosed Scrotal Swelling in a 36-year-old Male: A Congenital Arteriovenous Malformation

We report the case of a 36-year-old male with severe scrotal swelling undiagnosed after multiple diagnostic tests. Patient presented swelling, weeping ulcers on dorsal aspect scrotum, and worsening pain affecting day-to-day functioning. Duplex ultrasonography showed low to no-flow hypervascularity dependent edema suspicious vascular malformation. Treatment included sequential gelfoam embolization utilizing ultrasound-guided direct cannulation traditional angiography. Scrotal circumference reduced by sixty-five percent moderate relief his pain. This highlights significance malformations, various therapeutic techniques, value endovascular embolization.
